Elizabeth Risinger, Head of Events
Hello! My name is Elizabeth. I am a senior and The Events Coordinator on the Talon, it is my second year in the newspaper. I have an extreme (probably unhealthy) love for books, writing, and of course Harry Potter. I would definitely classify myself as a nerd, as I pretty much love most of the “geeky fandoms,” including Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Percy Jackson. I plan on becoming a literature professor while working on writing my novels. I am elated to be a part of such an amazing newspaper team, and can not wait to publish some articles for you all to enjoy!
