Finally, top the bowl with raspberries, mangos, blueberries, and chia seeds to add aesthetic. This smoothie bowl is a refreshing, sweet way to start the morning.

Another simple breakfast food is avocado toast. This is by far one of the easiest breakfast foods to make. First, slightly warm a piece of bread. Then, cut up an avocado into small slices, and once the toast is ready, put the avocado on top of the toast. Lastly, sprinkle sea salt and pepper to complement the flavor. For a burst of juicy flavor, add a slice of tomato to the recipe. After that, people can feel fueled and ready for the day.

For a proteinpacked meal, Thai pasta salad is a great option. Start by cooking garbanzo bean pasta. Cut up fresh cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, and scallions. Last, mix peanut butter, orange juice, garlic, and maple syrup together to create a tangy, creamy sauce. Combine everything for a lunch meal filled with protein that satisfy eater for hours.

If the mid-day hunger is calling, enjoy apple slice cookies as a snack. To make this, spread peanut butter on top of apple slices, and sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, and raisins. It will satisfy that sweet craving while staying low-calorie.

Dinner calls for quinoa taco salad. This is a flexible recipe. Any ingredients can be added or taken out, and there is no need to measure out each ingredient. Just mix quinoa, bell pepper, cilantro, black beans, salsa, tomato, avocado, and cheese. This is a light meal that will not weigh heavily before going to bed.

The last must-try recipe for dinner is chickpea gyros. First, cook chickpeas and olive oil on medium high heat for eight minutes; season with salt and pepper, and stir them frequently.
